Users found the existing platform challenging to obtain a comprehensive overview of their servers, experiencing difficulty in swiftly locating necessary information. The requirement to be physically present at various locations, coupled with the absence of real-time notifications during critical events, further compounded their struggles.
The Problem
At present, users cannot check the status unless they are at a computer. The product aims to provide a simpler view and easier access for users on the go.
The Solution
A dedicated mobile application, accessible through both web and iOS/Android platforms, was designed to aid users in monitoring and receiving alerts. This system visually indicates any concerns at a glance, with the functionality for users to delve deeper to determine if action is required. Available in both light and dark modes, as requested by users.
