OVERVIEW
The Project
The scope entailed conceptualizing the entire platform through an HTML interactive project for comprehensive testing and feature validation. This encompassed UI/UX design, information architecture, feature design, analysis, prioritization, and additional consulting research. The strategy and validation findings were delivered to the product team for implementation, resulting in a contract extension from 6 months to nearly 2 years.
Target Audience
The target audience comprised of companies seeking white-collar workers who could effectively engage with their teams. Additionally, team members were included who aimed to enhance their connections with colleagues by learning effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Competitors
Given the limited direct competition for PI, our attention shifted towards indirect competitors primarily focused on singular aspects of hiring processes.
User Insights
Users exhibited a greater appetite for data than initially anticipated, expressing a desire for increased flexibility in accessing and visualizing data across various formats.
The Problem
The project centered around a single web-based application aimed at presenting data in a narrative format, facilitating user comprehension of complex data. The product offered varied experiences tailored to users' roles and stages in the process.
The Solution
To accommodate the expanded feature sets and enhance user accessibility, we segmented the product into three stages of usage, each tailored to users' roles and granting access accordingly. This approach proved to be more user-friendly, resulting in a remarkable increase in time spent on the site, with a surge of over 150% following the release.
